Dr. Sami Ibrahim Al-Issa is a consultant plastic and birth defects surgeon who has many fellowships such as:
• Pediatric Facial Surgery Fellowship, Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto from July 2013 to June 2014.
• Adult Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship, University of Toronto from July 2012 to June 2013
• Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship, University of Toronto from July 2011 to June 2012
• Saudi Board of Plastic Surgery, December 2010
• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, College of Medicine, King Saud University 2004
He has been appointed in many administrative and operational positions such as:
• Chairman of AO OMF from February 2016 to date
• Director of the Saudi Plastic Surgery Training Program from January 2016 to December 2019
• Plastic surgery consultant at Security Forces Hospital (1/7/2014 to date)
